CAT 3.8 Engine – 55 kW Chevron conveyor belt Work carried out 12/02/2026 Fine fraction: • build-up welding and machining of the shaft on both sides of the drive pulley • 4 new bearings installed • 2 carrying rollers replaced • 2 side rollers replaced Middle fraction: • 4 new bearings installed • 2 carrying rollers replaced Collecting conveyor: • build-up welding and machining of the shaft on both sides of the drive pulley of the collecting conveyor • 4 new bearings installed on the collecting conveyor • new taper lock bush fitted on drive motor coupling General: • screen box bearings checked and lubricated • full measurement of the screen box (amplitude, G-forces, …) • tracks tensioned • fluids checked • air filter cleaned • full machine test run • lubrication of all bearings • 15 metres of hydraulic hoses replaced
